Enter your dates for an exact price. The quote you see includes taxes and required fees — there is nothing added later. Your booking is made through our reservation platform, and the card payment itself is processed by Stripe — your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored by us.

What your price includes
- The nightly rate for your dates
- Cleaning fee — $225
- Accidental damage waiver — $27, covering up to $1,500
- Shagbark community guest fee — $20
- Tennessee and Sevier County taxes — 12.75%
The nightly rate covers your group up to ten with no extra-guest charge. Guests eleven and twelve are $50 per guest, per night, and sleep on the living room sofas. A $400 hold goes on your card two days before arrival and is released up to five days after your stay.

If your dates do not work
If the calendar shows your dates taken, or the booking form rejects a date or guest combination, send us a note. Sometimes we can shift things, and we will always tell you honestly if we cannot.
